You are responsible for maintaining account security. You must not share your account or use another user account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Mercury services.
You agree not to use Mercury services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, abuse API endpoints or credits, or use AI outputs to deceive or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Mercury uses AI to generate intelligence outputs, recommendations, and analysis. These outputs are for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. They are not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Mercury does not guarantee specific outcomes including search ranking improvements or revenue increases.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you provide. You grant Mercury Engine AI a limited license to process your content to provide our services.
Mercury IP: Mercury Engine AI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, architecture, algorithms, and AI systems.
AI outputs: Intelligence outputs may be used for your business purposes. You may not resell Mercury AI outputs as a standalone product.
Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Stripe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mercury Engine AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Mercury Engine AI may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion.
We may modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
