Account information: Name, email address, and hashed password when you register. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Business information: Business details you provide when using Business Builder or SEO Lion Pro. You own this content. Mercury uses it solely to generate intelligence outputs for you.
Google Search Console data: If you connect Google Search Console via OAuth, we access keyword performance data for sites you authorize. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.
Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Used for security monitoring and platform improvement.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive confirmation of successful transactions and your Stripe customer ID.
Contact form submissions: Name, email, company, and message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We use collected data to provide and improve Mercury services, generate AI-powered intelligence outputs, process payments, send transactional emails, monitor for security threats, and respond to support inquiries. We do not use your data for advertising. Mercury Engine AI products are ad-free.
Mercury uses OpenAI to generate intelligence outputs and analysis. Your data may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing in accordance with their data usage policies. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed before implementation.
